Confluence actively manages mitigation sites for various parks and trail projects in the City of San Jose. Over the next 10 years, Confluence will provide the Parks Department restoration services including adaptive management strategies, invasive plant identification and control, native plant cultivation, layout and maintenance, irrigation system design, implementation, and maintenance.
